Ingredients

  • 250 gmKakoda cut in 2 pieces
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli as per taste
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan,heat oil

  2. 2

    Put cumin seeds,when it syarted crackle add kakoda alo g with spices

  3. 3

    Give a nice stir

  4. 4

    Cover with a lid cook for 10 minutes on low flame or until veg get soft

  5. 5

    Now serve with roti
