Add rava, maida and knead a stiff dough cover it and keep it aside for 15 min

After 15 min drizzle oil and knead it again

Divide the dough into three portion and roll it in a thin roti and cut it in circle

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it

For filling boil white peas along salt for 4-5 whistle

For Pani grind all the ingredients of pani to a fine paste

Mix water and strain it adjust masala and salt to taste
