Steps

Heat one spoon oil in a pan and add jeera as it sputter add green chilli, and all masala and stir it

Than add mashed potato and salt to taste and mix it nicely

Take out in a bowl and let it cool

Take water in a bowl and add 1/4 tsp salt in it dip bread in this water and press in between your hand to squeeze all water

Put one spoon potato mix in between and cover it

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it serve it with sauce
