Ingredients

  1. 1medium sized red bell pepper (diced)
  2. 1medium sized capsicum (diced)
  3. 8-10paneer cubes
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take wooden Skewers. Put one capsicum, then paneer cube and then one red bell pepper on it.

    Make the similar pattern with the remaining capsicum, paneer and red bell pepper pieces on different wooden Skewers. Get all the Skewers ready.

    In a pan heat oil. Place the Skewers, toss and fry from all sides.

    Add salt, red chilli powder and pepper powder. Mix well

  5. 5

    Once done, take off heat.
