  2. 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 1 tspGinger
  5. 2Garlic chopped
  6. 2Green chilli
  7. 1/2 tspCumin
  8. Salt As required
  9. 1 tspOil
  10. 2Tomatoes chopped
  11. 2 tspCoriander leave
  12. 2 tspPeanut roasted
  13. 2 tspFlex seeds
  14. 2 tspSesome seeds
  15. 2 tspLime juice

Steps

    In a heat pan out oil.let it heat.

  2. 2

    Add.cumin seeds, crackle it.

  3. 3

    Add garlic,ginger,chilli, sautey it.

  4. 4

    Add onion pink it.add tomatoes cook it 2 miniute.

  5. 5

    Add quinoa sautey it.

  6. 6

    Add capsicum sautey.it.

  7. 7

    Add salt.cook it 5miniute.lid it.

  8. 8

    Open the lid, don't lid it again.cook it open 5.miniutes.

  9. 9

    Add peanuts,

  10. 10

    Sprinkle flex seeds,& Seasom seeds. Both seeds should be roasted.

  11. 11

    Remove it from the flame.

  12. 12

    Serve it in a serving plate, sprinkle lemon juice,& coriander leave.

  13. 13

    A nice, light & healthy dish is ready for breakfast.
