Ingredients

4 servings
  • 600 gBeef Fillet/Steak(s) *thinly sliced
  • 30 gButter
  • 1Onion *thinly sliced
  • 1 cloveGarlic *finely chopped
  • 10Mushrooms *about 300g, sliced
  • 1medium size Pickled Cucumber *sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 200 mlSour Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt Butter in a frying pan over the medium high heat. Cook Onion, Garlic and Beef for a few minutes until the Beef changes colour.

  2. 2

    Add Mushroom and cook, over lower heat, until the Onion and Mushrooms are cooked. Season with Salt and Pepper.

  3. 3

    Add Pickled Cucumber and Sour Cream, and stir well to combine. Enjoy with freshly cooked rice, pasta or potatoes.
