Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gramarbi sliced
  • 2Potatoes sliced
  • 1" ginger paste
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsproasted masala powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add 1 pinch asafoetida and stir

  3. 3

    Add arbi saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  5. 5

    Cover it and keep the heat low till it become soft and moist

  6. 6

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  7. 7

    Add green chillies and masala powder and saute well

  8. 8

    Sprinkle roasted masala powder and sugar mix and serve
