Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/2 cupmaida/all purpose flour
  • 1/3 teaspoonspring onion
  • 1/3 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspVery little Kasuri methi to sprinkle on
  • 3 sprigscoriander leaves
  • 1 spoongrated carrots
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • as required water to make a tight dough
  • 1/2slice cheese
  • Clovesto decorate

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First add salt and baking powder to maida and make a tight dough. Rest it for ten mins then roll out a single stick and arrange on a greased and maida dusted baking plate then place the stick on top of it.

  2. 2

    Then roll out the dough again make three rectangles and place it on the baking tray and grease it with butter then add carrot in one cheese in another and spring onion coriander and Kasuri methi in the last rectangle. Bake for 10 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.Lastly decorate with cloves.
