Cut vegetables length wise

Make tadka with mustard, jeera Udad dal, salt, hing turmeric. Add slit green chillies and cut beans, carrot and saute

Add little water and allow vegetables are cooked

Mix white rice and squeeze in juice of one lemon. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve
