Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2table spoon
  • 1 bunchcabbage
  • 1smallsmall onion chopped
  • 5 piecesgarlic chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbsptable soya sauce
  • 1/2 tspvinegar

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl add maida, oil, make a smooth dough with help of water.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil,garlic saute for few second add onion cook for the onion is translucent add mashed cabbage salt,red chilli powder. Mix it well.close the lid and cook for 3minutes.now add soya sauce,vinegar mix well and cook for a minute keep a side.

    Take a lemon size dough.and roll into circle.put stuffing in the dough and give it momos shape and as u want.

  4. 4

    Grease the steamer with little oil and put momos in it.steam it for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Momos is ready.serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
