  • Eggs

  • Onion
  • Red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your plantain,peel it then you cut

  2. 2

    Sprinkle a little salt on it then you fry it.

  3. 3

    Wash and dice your pepper and onions

  4. 4

    Break your egg into a bowl add salt and your diced onions and pepper then you fry.
