Ingredients

3fresh tomatoes.(Cut into 4 pieces.)
1Onion.(Chopped)
2 tbspoil
18-20Garlic cloves
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tsporegano
1/2 tspsugar
to tasteSalt
1 tsppaprika
2 tbsptomato ketchup

Steps

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil...Add onion...Stir for a min...Add garlic cloves..Stir again...Add tomatoes and salt...Stir and cook covered till soft...Add all spices...Mix well... after few sec. Switch off the flame... and let it cool.

After cooling in a blender jar blend it...For few seconds.

Homemade pizza sauce is ready...Store it in freeze.
