Combine all ingredients in a bowl except cooked toor daal.

Add 1-2 tablespoon of mustard oil in it and mix it well.

Now add cooked toor daal in it and mix it well.

Now by adding little water make hard dough of it.

Now cut pieces from the dough and make chapati of it.

Mark long slits in the chapati (don't cut it into strips means but mark slits in middle off the chapati by leaving it's end.)

Now join one end to another and then again one end with other.

Twist in and twirl it and join it's ends.

Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in frying pan and drop these twisted namak paare in it.

Deep fry them and the switch of he flame.

Your twisted namak paare is ready to serve.
