Ingredients

Preparation time : 10 min
Serve 4 people
  • 3leeks, cut into rings
  • 250 gbutton mushrooms sliced
  • 250 gspinach, washed and chopped
  • 5 mlSalt and pepper to taste
  • 45 mlgrated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • 125 mlcream
  • 30 mlolive oil

Steps

Preparation time : 10 min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a saucepan, stir in leeks and mushrooms and cook until transparent

  2. 2

    Add spinach and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add cheese and cream, stir to combine and heat through for 5 minutes.
