Steps

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Test if potatoes are cooked using a fork. If potatoes are soft when fork pierces potatoes then they are cooked.

Cover a tray with foil and place the potatoes on top evenly spaced. Next smash potatoes using bottom of a bowl or plate.

Preheat oven to 220c.

Season the potatoes with olive oil, black pepper, rosemary and salt.

Bake until golden brown. I didn't take note of the time but I cooked the potatoes for over 45 minutes so the skin becomes crispy. Halfway through cooking I did drizzle a little more olive oil, you can chose not to if you prefer. Enjoy.
