Instant rawa uttapam
Steps

Soak rawa in curd and half cup water. And keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a pan and heat 1 tspn oil. Then add mustard seeds to splutter. Add mashed potatoes, salt. Turn off the flame. And mix it well. And keep aside.

After 10 min add baking soda, salt and some water in rawa to make smooth batter. It must not too thin or not too thick.

Now prepare uttapam. Take a nonstick pan or tawa and heat on medium high flame.

When pan is hot, pour 2 tblspn batter and spread gently.

Spread the mashed potatoes gently over it. Then sprinkle all vegetables like onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder and salt on it.

And press with a spatula. Put few drops of oil on it and it's edges.. And cook until done on medium low flame..

When uttapam edges leaving the pan,then flip it.

Cook veggies partially, on medium low flame then again flip it to turn crisp.

Now instant rawa uttapam is done.. Serve hot with chutney.
