Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 1boiled egg
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds paste
  • 1/2 tspPoppy seed paste
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbsponion thinly sliced and boiled
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the egg with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan and add the egg fry well and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add onion saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds paste and poppy seeds paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add tomato sauce mix and add water

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
