4-5potatoes
2green chillies
1 tbspgreen coriander
1 tspblack pepper
to tastesalt
1 cupkuttu flour
oil for fry

Steps

1

Peel and cut the potatoes.
2

Add potatoes,salt,green chilli,coriander,black pepper and kuttu flour in a mixing bowl.
3

Add some water,heat oil in a wok add potatoes and deep fried it.
4

Serve with hot tea.
