1coconut milked
2 cupsgrounded peanuts
1large onion chopped
2tomatoes chopped
1 sachetbenny spice

Wash pumpkin leaves well until there well clean

Pour milked coconut and peanuts at a large pot stir.

Then bring all other ingredients into one place and start cooking for more than an hour

When coconut and peanuts oil sprinkle out it will be well cooked and serve with rice
