Wash fish pieces and rub half of the turmeric powder and salt to it.

Heat mustard oil and fry fish.

In the remaining oil add nutella seed follower by mustard paste.

Add water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

Add green chilli

Bring it to boil.

Add fried fish and cook till gravy thicken.

Serve Bengali Mustard-based Fish Curry with steamed rice.
