  • 200ग्राम बेसन
  • 150ग्राम चीनी
  • 50ग्राम घी
  • 1चमच इलाइची पाउडर
  • बादाम 4पीस
  • कोकोनट पाउडर 4चमच

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले कड़ाही में घी डाल कर गरम करले फिर इसमें बेसन डाल कर भूने जब तक बेसन गोल्डन ब्राउन न हो जाए

  2. 2

    अब बेसन में चीनी डाल दे अच्छे से चलाते हुए इसमें 2कप पानी डाल दे अंदर इसको लगातार चलाते rahe
