Ingredients

  1. 2boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1small sized onion thinly sliced
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1whole red chilli
  5. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.Add cumins seeds let it crackle.Then add sliced onion and red chilli

  2. 2

    Fry until golden and crisp

  3. 3

    Now add mashed potatoes and stir then add salt,Mix well and you are done.

  4. 4

    Serve with daal and rice
