56 ouncescanned baked beans
1/2 cupdark brown sugar loose packed
1 teaspoonmustard powder
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoonliquid smoke

1/2 teaspoononion powder
1/8 teaspoonGround nutmeg
1/8 teaspoonGround cinnamon
1small onion diced
1/2 cupdiced yellow bell pepper
1/4 poundsmoked bacon
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2tablespoons-1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
2tablespoons-1/4 cup Heinz tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Chop the onion and pepper.

Slice the bacon.

Add bacon to a pan then render the fat. Add the peppers and onions.

Someone went to the store and picked up two different cans of beans.

Mix the sugar, ketchup, Apple cider vinegar, mustard, spices, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.

Add to the bacon, onions, and peppers. Simmer 3 minutes.

Pour the beans in the bacon mixture.

Simmer on the stove for 15 minutes.

Put into oven covered for 45-50 minutes.
