Put your spices on a plate like this

Take a non stick pan and fry the fish on both sides and set aside

On the same pan sauté the onions and garlic

Add the tomatoes and the tomatoes cook until tender..

Add a cup of water let it simmer for a few minutes add in your fish

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens

Garnish with coriander and sprinkle some fresh lemon juice
