Ingredients

  1. For the marinade
  2. 11/2 tspDijon mustard
  3. 1 tsppaprika
  4. 1 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1 tspfish masala
  6. 1 tsppink Himalayan salt (you can use regular salt)
  7. 1 tspcoriander (ground)
  8. 1 bunchfresh coriander for garnish
  9. 600 gfish fillet
  10. 3tomatoes
  11. 2large onions
  12. 3oves garlic
  13. 50 gtomatoe paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your spices on a plate like this

    Add 1tbsp oil and make a paste

    Rub in the marinade to the fish and set aside

    Take a non stick pan and fry the fish on both sides and set aside

    On the same pan sauté the onions and garlic

  6. 6

    Add the tomatoes and the tomatoes cook until tender..

  7. 7

    Add a cup of water let it simmer for a few minutes add in your fish

  8. 8

    Cook for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander and sprinkle some fresh lemon juice

  10. 10

    Serve hot with your favorite accompaniment
