  • 4 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsphoney
  • 2 tspdijon mustard ( I use Grey Poupon)
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil

    Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper until blended. Gradually whisk in the oil. Pour on salad. (I double recipe and refrigerate)
