Ingredients

  • 3/4
  • 3/4 ouncefresh lime juice
  • 1spring spearmint
  • 2 ouncesPlymouth Gin
  • 1/4 ouncePernod Classic Pastis
  • Lime and mint for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the lime green,cane syrup,and mint sprig into a cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add the Pernod and gin. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
