300 gramgourd sliced
1 tspnigella seeds
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add gourds and saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

As it gets soft remove cover and cook for a while
5

Add sugar and mix well

Serve it with rice and daal
