Ingredients

  1. 😊 Muffin Ingredients
  2. 1 cup Ragi flour
  3. 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic
  4. 1 large potato mashed
  5. 1/2 cupCoconut Flour
  6. 2 tbspcocoa powder
  7. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/4 cupsmilk, 1/4cup honey 1/4chocolate syrup,
  9. 1/2 tspbakingPowder
  10. 1 tbsp creamy peanut
  11. 1/4cupChocolate chips
  12. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  13. 2 teaspoons vanila extract
  14. 😊 cream Ingredients... For light cream.....
  15. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  16. 2 teaspoons butter
  17. 2 teaspoonspeanut butter
  18. 1 tbspheavy cream
  19. For dark shade....use dark chocolate syrup
  20. 😊For white cream shade use(cooked rice +milk) fine paste
  21. For topping...use honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Muffins making.............Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.Spray muffins container with non stick spray or vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Pour in batter and microwave 2 to 2½ minutes.keep aside and let them cool and then demould.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, beat peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually beat in brown sugar until well combined. Gradually beat in heavy cream. Beat at least two minutes until light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    😊Plating... In the centre of the plate place muffin.Then top white creamy paste then light peanut butter cream and pour some dark syrup on the base muffins.Now take another muffins and crumble it.Take some portion and make a small ball. Place it on the base muffin and top the creams.Finally coat with honey syrup..our RAGI _VOLCANO muffin is ready to eat thank you so much and happy cooking 😍😍😍!!!
