Adai or pasereto with gun powder, green chutney

For adai: soak rice and Dal overnight, grind it with ginger green chillies

Add salt and hing

Make like dosa

For gun powder: roast chana Dal, urad Dal

Roast sabut red chilli (separately)

Roast til (separately)

Let it cool and grind it add sugar or gur, salt and hing mix it well

It can be used with oil and can b served with adai

For green chutney

Wash green coriander leaves, pudina leaves, kadi patta and green chillies, add raw mango pieces, with all the things i.e salt, pinch of sugar and dahi grind it well
Ready to serve with adai or parantha
