Ingredients

  • 250 gmLotus stem grated
  • 1 cupBesan
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tbspGarlic ginger paste
  • 2 tbspOnion paste
  • 1/2 cupTomato puree
  • for fryingOil
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    In Grated lotus stem add besan little oil salt red chilli powder garlic paste and make koftas

  2. 2

    Fry koftas in hot oil

  3. 3

    For gravy saute jeera onion ginger garlic paste and cook well now add tomato puree and cook well til mixture leaves oil.. add little water and garam masala powder and koftas and bring to boil.. serve hot
