Wash the Irish potatoes (unpeeled) and steam till soft

Make small slits on the potatoes after steaming

In a bowl mix the oil, Spices salt, soy sauce and lemon juice.

Add in the potatoes and mix them well with the spice mixture

Add in the garlic/ginger paste and the sliced onions

Cover and set it aside for 30 minutes

Bake the potatoes till they become crispy. Serve and enjoy
