Add food colour in it

Heat ghee in a vessel

Add cloves and dalchini

Now add dry fruits and roast it

Now put soaked rice with 1/2glass water

Now simmer and cover it for five minutes

Now add sugar syrup and stir well

Simmer and cover it

Cook till done

Open and garnish with dry fruits
