Peel the potatoes cut it into thin slices in round shape with knife and place all slices in water.

Take a bowl add gramflour and all ingredients mix well add water and make thick batter to coat the potato slices.

Strain all slices dip in the batter.Heat oil when it's hot coat all slices with batter and fry it till it's crisp and golden.Enjoy with sauce.
