Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. For gnocchi
  2. 1 cupboiled & mashed potato
  3. 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
  4. 1/4 cup maida/ all purpose
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. 2-3 glasseswater for boiling gnocchi
  7. to tasteSalt as per taste
  8. For tomato cream sauce
  9. 1 cupTomato puree
  10. 1 tbspGarlic
  11. 1 tspOregano
  12. 1 tspChilli flake
  13. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  14. 1/4 tspSugar
  15. 1 tspKetchup
  16. 1 tbspButter
  17. 1 tbspBasil
  18. 2 tbspFresh cream
  19. 2 tbspCream cheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix boiled & mashed potato with maida & cheese & salt & make a dough, cut them into small balls & press lightly with fork & keep aside

  2. 2

    Boil water in a vessel add 1tsp oil to water & little salt then add shaped gnocchi & boil it till all the gnocchi floats to the surface, then strain the water & pour some chilled water over it to stop the cooking process.

    Take a sauce pan, add butter to it, then add garlic cook for 2min, then add tomato puree, salt, sugar, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper & ketchup mix well & let it cook for 5-10min more.

    Then add the gnocchi into the sauce, add fresh cream & gream cheese mix lightly, add fresh basil & serve hot with garlic toast.
