2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
3grened chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add the paste of gourd peel/skin
3

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

As it become soft add poppy seeds paste and saute
5

Add sugar and incorporate well
6

Add raw mustard oil and serve with plain rice
