Heat ghee in a pan add cumin, onion, saute for few seconds...then add salt red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala...corn mixture mix well...cook for 30 sec....Keep aside.

Now take a bowl mix wheat flour, ghee, salt and add water to make soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 min. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.

Put the stuffing in the centre. Roll to thin paratha. Place the rolled paratha on hot tawa... apply ghee both sides and cook untill brown spots appear on both sides.
Corn paratha is ready to serve. Serve with any sauce. - 4
