Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 2Chopped chilli
  • 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspGrated carrot
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • Pinchturmeric
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • Water-as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make thin batter

    Keep aside for15 minutes.

    Brush oil in a pan. Add 1/2 cup batter and spread well. After30 seconds flip it and add little bit hot oil on omlet and fry both side nicely. Ready to serve with any type of sauce.
