In a kadhai, add oil when oil heats put whole dry ingredients like tez ptta etc..crackle them.

Then add onion saute till golden,then add ginger garlic paste saute for 5 minutes andnow add tomatoes paste..stir

Tomates sperates oil then add masalas and stir them,cover lid for 5 minutes when the masala done then add potatoes stir it and again covet the lid for 5 to 6 minutes,

After put all the masala with potatoes in a pressure cooker and add peas, add water too for gravy,and after one whistle simmer the gas for 7 minutes,

Garnish with coriander and serve with puri.
