Heat a pan with butter add cream and milk to it mix it really well then add milk powder to it and keep stirring untill the mixture turns thick as mava

Transfer it to a bowl and cool it down add green cardamom powder and powder sugar in to Tha mava mix everything really well in to it

Dust the mould with some powdered sugar and put some mava mixture in to it place the mixture on both sides of the modal mold close it and make modak
