Ingredients

  • 300 gmixed mushrooms, thickly sliced and halved
  • 20 gbutter
  • 2 tbsplight flavour oil
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in medium-high in a pan,add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes,putting in any larger meatier mushrooms first before adding the more delicate mushrooms in the last 2 min

  2. 2

    Add the butter and soy sauce and toss to coat

  3. 3

    Serve immediately and enjoy 😋
