1/2 packetbabycorn
4 spoonsall purpose flour
2 spoonscornflour
1capsicum
1onion
1tomato
1garlic
as neededOil for cooking
as neededWhite vinegar
as neededSoya sauce
as neededTomato sauce

Steps

Cut babycorn in diagonal shape.

Make a paste of cornflour and all purpose flour.

Dip babycorn in it and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown.

Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and put chopped garlic in it. Stir fry it.

Add onions. Stir fry. Add capsicum, tomato and stir fry.

Add sauces as per the taste and salt.

Now when the sauce is ready. Add fried baby corn in it.

Chilli babycorn is ready.
