Pan coconut modak

In a mixture bowl add beetle leaves and condensed milk make fine paste

In a pan add dessicated coconut and roast it on slow flame for 1 min.Then add beetle leaf puree and mix well

Switch Off the flame and cool it
- 4
In modak mould apply coloured vermicelly and press coconut mixture and demould it in serving dish
