15medium sized potatoes
2onions
200 gboiled njugu/nzuu
5 TSPsalt
3 cupswater

Fry onions

Put in njugu and let it dry add the salt.

After 10min add potatoes

Stir the mixture for 5 minutes and add three cups of water

Bring it to boil till potatoes are cooked

Pour excess water and mash.Voila you have your mukimo.
