In a bowl put warm milk then add yeast (let it sit for 5 minutes)

After 5 minutes put oil,sugar,salt and flour

Make dough like chapati

Once done oil the bowl all round with the dough inside cover with foil,cling or with a damp clean kitchen towel(cover tightly)

Let it wait sit for 30-40 minutes till it doubles in size

On a working surface knead the dough well

Oil your baking tray,divide dough into small balls.

Line buns into the baking tray cover for 5 minutes let it proof,then brush with an egg for a shiny finish then sprinkle sesame on top.

Bake buns @ 200c for about 20-25 minutes

Wallah serve with ginger tea
