Ingredients

  • 2 cupsPumpkin yellow
  • 1 cupSugar grinded.
  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1/2 cupRajgira flour
  • 1 tspGreen cardomam
  • 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  • 2 tspDry fruits crushed
  • 2 tspFresh cream/malai

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the pumpkin & mashed it well

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add ghee,put pumpkin & roast it till it will be dry.

  3. 3

    In another pan roast both flour till it releases a good aroma.

  4. 4

    In pumpkin pan add roasted flour & mix it well.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar cook it for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add dry fruits.

  7. 7

    Add green cardomam.

  8. 8

    Remove it from the flame.

  9. 9

    Add malai mix it well. Keep it a side.

  10. 10

    Let it be cool.

  11. 11

    Make medium size ladoo from this mixture.

  12. 12

    You can also sprinkle some grated coconut.

  13. 13

    Now laddu is ready to serve.
