1/4 cupmixed dryfruits
1 cuplotus seed
1 tbspgrated coconut
1 tbspghee

Add ghee in pan.roast all dryfruits.

Microwave lotus seed for 1 minute or you can roast them in ghee

Coarsely grind all dryfruits..

Mash dates in dryfruits,add coconut and make modak in modak mould
