Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2medium sized tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Seasonings
  • Groundnut oil
  • Fried sweet potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean container, crack the eggs and whisk.

  2. 2

    Add your diced tomatoes, onions and pepper. Add curry and seasoning.

  3. 3

    Whisk again.

  4. 4

    Use Masa pan, I used non stick. add a little groundnut oil and pour the eggs mixture.

    Lower the heat and allow it to fry.
