Take a bowl wheat flour and add Salt,ajwain,ghee,and water for required.Now make a soft dough and rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing:Now take a bowl put the soya bean for soaked to boil water in few minutes and dry the soya bean.

Now heat a pan add to oil, jeera, hing, onion, garlic,ginger paste,green chilli,red chilli powder, salt to taste, chat Masala,gram masala, amchor masala,add to soya bean, coriander leaves and mix well.Few minutes stuffing roast it low flame.

Make balls out of the dough for marking paratha.Roll out to make paratha and fill a portion of soya bean stuffing in the middle.Make a flat bolls for rolling it again.

Heat tawa and cook the paratha both of sides golden brown low flame.

Soya bean paratha are ready to serve hot with mango pickled
