  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbajara flour
  • 1/2 cupoats flour
  • 1/2 cupcorn flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcarton seeds
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspsugar tbsp curd
  • 1 tspoil
  • leavesCoriander
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 4 tsppizza sauce
  • 1 tbspchopped onion1 tbsp tomato
  • 1 tbspcabbage
  • 1 tbspcarrot
  • 1 tbspbeans
  • 1/2 cupthree bell peppers
  • 1 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspFlakes
  • 1 cupcheese

Steps

    Mix all flours in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add curd and oil

  3. 3

    Then add all spices,sugar and coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Make dough with water

  5. 5

    Keep cover dough to set

    Till then heat oil add ginger garlic paste and onion

  7. 7

    Saute and add beans,carrot

  8. 8

    Cook little add cabbage

  9. 9

    We want crunch so don't overcook

  10. 10

    Add spices and tomato and mix all

  11. 11

    Divide dough in 4 parts

  12. 12

    Take 1 ball and roll down in thick roti

  13. 13

    Cover with veggies,grate cheese all over

  14. 14

    And cook on pan till cheese melt

  15. 15

    Our healthy,nutritious,yummylicious,cheesy pizza is ready to serve
