Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1 kgsalmon pieces
  2. 1tdp Dhania powder
  3. Halftsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tspKashmir Chillie powder
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Lemon to drizzle
  7. 1 tspoil for paste
  8. Halfcup oil for frying

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all spices with salt and oil.

  2. 2

    Marinate the fish with it and leave to stand for 30mins.

  3. 3

    Fry on medium heat until the fish is golden on both sides. Do not continuously turn as the fish will break.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice. Drizzle lemon over the salmon before serving
